Wendy Yevoli is the co-founder and partner at Yevoli & Malayev, PLLC, where she focuses on immigration and criminal defense. She earned her B.S.M. from Tulane University and her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, and is licensed in New York, Florida, and Washington, D.C.
Wendy began her career as a prosecutor at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, handling a wide range of criminal cases. She later served in the Refugee and Immigration Rights Clinic at Catholic Charities of New York, advocating for asylum seekers and vulnerable immigrants.
Her unique background in both criminal and immigration law allows her to skillfully represent clients facing deportation due to criminal charges. Wendy is deeply committed to helping individuals and families navigate the immigration system and achieve their path to U.S. citizenship.

Stella Malayev
Stella Malayev is a co-founder and partner at Yevoli & Malayev, PLLC. She earned her B.S. in Legal Studies and J.D.from St. John’s University and is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. Stella is fluent in Russian.
Before founding the firm, Stella worked as an associate at a private immigration law practice, representing clients in removal proceedings, appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals, and before USCIS. She has successfully defended hundreds of asylum seekers facing deportation.
During law school, Stella participated in the Refugee and Immigration Rights Clinic, where she litigated a political asylum case before the Executive Office of Immigration Review in New York in collaboration with Catholic Charities.
Stella is known for her deep commitment to her clients and continues to deliver high-quality representation in complex immigration matters at Yevoli & Malayev, PLLC.
Lili Wang
Lili Wang is an immigration attorney at Yevoli & Malayev, PLLC, where she is dedicated to defending immigrants facing removal and helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law. Fluent in Mandarin, Lili brings cultural and linguistic insight to her work, offering compassionate and strategic representation to clients from diverse backgrounds.
Lili earned both her J.D. and LL.M. degrees from St. John’s University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York.
Before joining the firm, Lili served as a law clerk at the New York Immigration Court and Suffolk County Criminal Court, gaining valuable experience in judicial proceedings and the practical application of immigration and criminal law.
Her primary focus is on asylum and removal defense, where she works tirelessly to ensure that each client’s voice is heard. Lili believes immigration law is not just about forms and legal codes—it’s about protecting people, their dignity, and their right to a future.
